Welcome! Our goal is to aid your child in the learning experience by encouraging him or her to think creatively. We foster intellectual exploration and promote cognitive, social, emotional and physical development. Mosaic Kids Academy strives to maintain a safe and healthy setting.

At Mosaic Kids Academy, we offer a variety of child care and preschool programs perfect for your children. We offer flexibility to parents so they can be confident their kids are taking care of.

Admission

Age Requirements

Each child will be placed in the classroom most age-appropriate to the child’s date of birth: infant, younger or older toddler rooms, and the preschool program.  For enrollment into the Pre–K program, your child must be 4 years of age on or before September 30 of the current school year to be accepted.

Registration

A non-refundable and non-transferable annual registration fee of $125.00 per child or $175.00 per family is due at the time of registration. A registration packet will be given to you for your child’s appropriate classroom at this time.  The registration form, financial agreement, history form, policy to release form, and emergency contact form must be completed and turned in prior to the child’s first day. The annual registration fee will automatically be charged to your account each year on your child’s anniversary month at our school. If you withdraw your child and return, a registration fee is due upon return. Parents have the right to request and view any complaints the facility has received for the current month your child(ren) has been enrolled and the 12 months prior.

Tuition/Late Charges

Tuition is due one week in advance by 6:00 P.M. on Friday. The tuition may be dropped off in the school office. Be sure your child’s name is on the memo portion of your check. Statements for the previous month will be available by the 15th of the next month. Tuition payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. It is your responsibility to keep your account current. Please see the parent handbook for policies on late fees, holidays, and vacation and sick credit.  Fee schedules are subject to change.

Schedule Changes

If you are in need of a schedule change, please see the front office.  Changing your scheduled day due to vacation, illness or holiday will not be permitted. Exceptions must be approved by the facility director.  Hours of operation are subject to change.

Withdrawals

If you wish to withdraw your child, you must fill out a withdrawal form with thirty day's notice. It is the parent’s responsibility to do so. You may pick up a form in the office. If you do not fill out a form, you will be charged a full month's tuition.  Exceptions must be approved by the Board of Directors.
